 Dennis S. Neier is an expert of alternative dispute resolution, serving as an arbitrator. He is on the panel of neutrals for the American Arbitration Association and CPR. He is experienced with disputes concerning accountant-client interactions, post-closing purchase price adjustment, earn-out adjustment, contract breaches, and domestic relationships.

Dennis has earned the National Professional Certification in Mediation, a credential based upon nationally recognized skill standards established by high-performance employers in the Alternative Dispute Resolution industry.
